The Click Tracks statistics system is a necessary element to any comprehensive online marketing campaign. Before you consider the pricing below, it will help if you understand how this MethodSmart service works:

1. At MethodSmart Media: We Do Our Part 
   MethodSmart's Click Tracks server will login to your web site and download the raw files (raw logfiles) that include all of the data collected when a person visits your web site.
   
   Once this data is downloaded, our server will decode and clean the data, ultimately recreating it into a smaller, proprietary file format.
   
   The optimized file will now be re-uploaded to your web site where you can now access it via the analysis software client that we will provide you.
   

2. On Your Computer: Run the Software 
   When you run your Click Tracks Client on your computer the program will connect with your web site and download any new data that may have been uploaded by our server. 
   

3. On Your Computer: Update the Software with the Click of One Button 
   Once your program has synchronized with any new data, you will have the latest information about your web site in which to create new, more up to date reports.
   

4. On Your Computer: Get to Know Your Web Site Visitors 
   You can run your software at ANY TIME, you do not have to connect with your web site every time you run it! That is entirely up to you. The data that is collected by your Click Tracks Client will be stored on your machine for you to run limitless reports on at your leisure. 

The Statistics Service Breakdown 

MethodSmart’s Click Tracks services are broken down into two levels: 
Basic Annual Traffic Reporting & Advanced Monthly Traffic Reporting.

Basic Statistics Services

This service includes a license to install the Click Tracks Client software on your computer and run unlimited traffic reports for one year. It also includes up to 15 minutes of tutorial by phone for installing and using this powerful but simple analysis system.

The Advanced Statistics Service

Pricing: Only $200.00/Month/Web Site

This service is designed to take the work out of managing and analyzing traffic statistics. All of the reports that we provide you can be created yourself using the Click Tracks software that comes with less costly packages. In this case, however, we will take the work and the learning curve out of the equation for you. 

The advanced statistics service includes the following: 

1. Our Expertise
   A monthly walkthrough of your web site statistics by phone 
   (up to 30 minutes included) 
   

2. What Do You Want To Know?
   One statistics report provided per week that is customized to track a specific target market.
   {i.e. detailed statistics on visitors that reached a specific goal page within your web site.}
   

3. Current Statistics 
   Daily statistics updates, synchronize your Click Tracks Client daily and find out up to the day how your web site is doing. 
   

4. Priority Email Support
   Do you have a question about your statistics? If the answer is not found on our client FAQ, we will provide priority email support; email responses within 8hrs.
   
   Note: The client FAQ will be a private area of the Stats.MethodSmart.com web site. It is currently under construction and it will always be growing as new questions and answers are handled.

   On demand reporting at a 50% discount: 
   $25/basic report, $45/customized report
