MethodSmart Media's goal is to achieve as many top search engine rankings as possible for your website within the major search engines. We strive to accomplish this within 4 months of our first submission. Note that this does not mean that every one of the keyword or timeframe goals will be reached, but that MethodSmart's goal is to obtain as many top search engine rankings as possible. After the initial search engine optimization process is complete, the likelihood of achieving this goal can be significantly enhanced by use of MethodSmart's search engine optimization monthly maintenance program. With this maintenance program, we work every month to maintain - and improve - your website's search engine rankings!

It is important to understand that MethodSmart cannot manipulate the search engines directly. Therefore, we cannot control your website's placement or search engine rankings. You should know that in performing organic search engine optimization services, no person or company can make any accurate or absolute guarantee of placement or search engine rankings. It is also important to note that MethodSmart Media cannot be held responsible for delays arising from a third party hired by the client such as outside/other Internet Service Providers, website designers, traditional media marketing professionals, or others. Time delays caused by third parties will not result in an extension of the contractual period or fee schedule. MethodSmart will consider all third parties who are hired by the client as employees and representatives of the client. Of course, this is not an issue when MethodSmart Media provides these internet marketing or other online marketing services!

Payment Terms

For our internet marketing, search engine optimization, and other online services to remain in effect, payment must be made in full according to the payment terms negotiated with each client. If payment is not made as agreed MethodSmart Media reserves the right to cease all work in progress, as well as remove any work processed during the term of the agreement.
